This cake was for a 7th Birthday and she wanted a blue discoball mermaid cake, this is what came together.  Bella loved it!

Hughs Pennyboard Cake

This cake was for a 7th Birthday at Skater HQ, the boy was getting a penny board for his birthday! The pennyboard and flat cap are chocolate mudcake with dark chocolate ganache. 

Adele and Brians Wedding Cake

This was a Fruitcake with champagne coloured icing to match the brides flowers and hand made sugarpaste roses in cream.

Ipod Cake

This cake was for my sons 12th birthday, he is music obsessed!  The inside of the cake is a rainbow velvet cake. This cake is fantastic, the surprise is so cool when the cake is cut!

Birds Nest 40th Cake

The nest and the birds on this cake were hand made with gumpaste. The cake was white chocolate mudcake on the top and dark chocolate mudcake on the bottom.

Planet Cake Explosion Cake

Yesterday I went to Planet Cake headquarters to do a one day course with one of the best cake decorators in Australia! Needless to say it was an awesome day and I learnt  some fantastic tips and tricks and can't wait to go back!!

Pink and Silver 40th Cake

This cake was for a Pink and Silver themed 40th birthday.  The cake is a double layered, two tiered white chocolate mudcake filled with white chocolate ganache.

21st Denture Cake

This cake was for a 21st birthday, the boy was finishing Dentistry and his parents wanted a denture cake.

Lavender with white sugarpaste Roses

Dark Chocolate mudacake with dark chocolate ganache filling. Handmade white roses with piping detail.

Kombi Cake

Made a Kombi Cake for a ladys birthday who is an old hippie.  She loved it!  It was Lemon cake with lemon curd buttercream filling.
