Planet Cake Explosion Cake

Yesterday I went to Planet Cake headquarters to do a one day course with one of the best cake decorators in Australia! Needless to say it was an awesome day and I learnt  some fantastic tips and tricks and can't wait to go back!!

Pink and Silver 40th Cake

This cake was for a Pink and Silver themed 40th birthday.  The cake is a double layered, two tiered white chocolate mudcake filled with white chocolate ganache.
