Pink Couture Ruffle Cake

This cake was inspired by a beautiful Christian Lacroix gown that I saw and fell in love with.  I loved the beautiful bright colours and I am aloways a buig fan of Pink and Red together and you can't go past a bit of gold for some glamour.  the cake is white chocolate mudcake.

Eiffel Tower Cake

Eiffel Tower cake for an 18th birthday.  This cake was challenging, fun and rewarding all at the same time.  The cake was caramel mudcake with white chocolate ganache.

Rachels 40th Pink and Gold

 This cake is inspired by a Rosalind Miller cake that I saw and fell in love with a few months ago.  The theme of my party was 1950's Old Hollywood Glamour and felt this vintage cake would be perfect.  I decided that it was my 40th birthday and extravagant was the order of the day!  Each tier had its own flavour, Strawberry mudcake, Jaffa mudcake and white chocolate.

Space Shuttle 18th Cake

This cake was for my sons 18th Birthday, he wants to do aeronautical engineering next year.  The bottom tier is Caramel mudcake filled with White chocolate ganache and the top tier is Dark chocolate mudcake with Dark chocolate ganache.  The Space Shuttle is made from Gum Paste.  He absolutely loved it!!!!
