Pink Couture Ruffle Cake

This cake was inspired by a beautiful Christian Lacroix gown that I saw and fell in love with.  I loved the beautiful bright colours and I am aloways a buig fan of Pink and Red together and you can't go past a bit of gold for some glamour.  the cake is white chocolate mudcake.

Eiffel Tower cake for an 18th birthday.  This cake was challenging, fun and rewarding all at the same time.  The cake was caramel mudcake with white chocolate ganache.
