This cake was for my sons 18th Birthday, he wants to do aeronautical engineering next year. The bottom tier is Caramel mudcake filled with White chocolate ganache and the top tier is Dark chocolate mudcake with Dark chocolate ganache. The Space Shuttle is made from Gum Paste. He absolutely loved it!!!!
