This cake was for my sons 12th birthday, he is music obsessed! The inside of the cake is a rainbow velvet cake. This cake is fantastic, the surprise is so cool when the cake is cut!

Birds Nest 40th Cake
The nest and the birds on this cake were hand made with gumpaste. The cake was white chocolate mudcake on the top and dark chocolate mudcake on the bottom.
